Will Parallax sell the 2 x 6 Harwin m20-7810645r connectors

Will Parallax sell the 2 x 6 Harwin m20-7810645r connectors for about
the price Mouser or Digikey would?

I was looking at the 6x2 smt connectors used on the P2 evaluation
boards to make a quick proto boards by soldering the Harwin 6x2
smt to a perf board.

The PCB layout specs in the data sheet makes it look like it is
possible. But since I don't have a Harwin m20-7810645r
connector in my hands to measure, I am just guessing.

According to the data sheet there are 2 plastic locating pins
that might be able to be cut or sanded off. Hopefully cutting
or sanding off the pins is easier than Sir Shakealot drilling a
centered hole in the perfboard?

    Why not just use female thru hole sockets? Either a pair of 1x6 or single 2x6?

    You can cut down longer 1x?? while wasting a pin.

    @"Capt. Quirk" you're not the first one to ask us this question. In the same way we have the socket for the P2 Edge (in three varieties) we can make these available too. I think we can offer them for the DigiKey/Mouser cost since we're buying in much larger quantities than 5-10 at a time.

    Will you place the first order if we add these to our site?

    Yup!

    I have a box of small double sided perf boards, that would be perfect
    for small test circuits and my ebay module collection.
