Updated BS2 Library

The BS2 Function library was updated in the past day or so on the Objects webpage.· The only major change was that the RCTime function was modified due to math error (getting negative values) for larger RC values.
The page doesn't show it as being V1.1, though maybe they just didn't want to show a revision before a chip was even sold [noparse]:)[/noparse]
