Been to all the major web sites.
I implemented the pullup resistor
mentioned (there was a forehead banger).
Haven't tried the capacitor yet
because it would void my ability to send it all
BACK.

I'm STILL getting bad readings.

SONAR has lots of problems. Specular reflections, oblique surface _lack_
of reflections, etc. Try using it in a large room with few hard surfaces
and see if it still is goofy.
