Looking for a layout file with dimensions for the Propeller Project Board

I am designing a PC board to go piggyback on the Propeller Project Board and I need the measurements. The 40 pin Prop headder is not registered at 0.1" with the rest of the holes on the board or the mount holes or the holes for the power pads. Anybody know of something like that?
