"Ignore Your Robotics Engineers" was the teaser title of the email for this webinar by Braincorp yesterday. What they really mean is "listen more to your customers", not too surprising. The recording is an hour long, worth background listening to for anyone thinking about commercial applications for robots. Not the sexiest material (more about business & customer service) but they do share some relatable info. "Be nimble": just deliver something then offer plenty of software updates. Sounds a lot like Windows 10...
