I love everything about this new hovercraft kit from Hobby King. Great concept and use of foam sheet, great video & camera car work, reusing an old/broken drone (you'll prolly just buy another), great performance. The presenters have those charming Aussie (Kiwi?) accents, and Katy is easy on the eyes. Drone uses direct-drive motors... no gears. Cool.
I guess the existing gyros don't do much since the hovercraft stays flat on the ground. Although when you turn, the lift prop on that side slows down and that side may drag on the ground a bit to help turn.
Quite well done IMO.
