No Propeller Chip Found On Any Serial Port

I just received the two Propeller Flip Microcontroller Modules that I ordered a few days ago. When I choose "Identify Hardware" from the Propeller Tool menu, I get a message that states that "No Propeller Chip Found On Any Serial Port". I get the same results with both modules. When I plug in a Propstick USB, everything works fine. Did I get two bad modules, or am I missing something?

    Do you see any leds lit on the flip? If so, which ones and are they flashing or steady?

    Also... if you're using a hub, try plugging FLiP direct to your pc. And if that doesn't solve, try unplugging other usb devices in case one is taking more power than the pc expects.

    .. could try a different usb cable too.
