PropellerHAT doesn't work with Raspberry Pi 2B...HELP.

I have loaded PropellerIDE 36.7 on Raspbian Jessie. At one time this worked and I was able to run programs off my PropellerHAT. A couple of apt-get updates and apt-get upgrades later, it no longer runs programs. I can build the programs and compile just fine in PropellerIDE.

uart0 is on
serial is disabled

I verified these in the /boot/config.txt file.

What are the exact settings in the /boot/config.txt file to be?

Are there other files that need changed and configured?

Yes I have. I have done Google search, Pimoroni Forums, Bing search, and searched here. I thought I had found the answer in here that made it all work when I had first got the PropellerHAT. Alas, it eludes me now. PropellerIDE works fine. The problem is getting the compiled program from PropellerIDE to the PropellerHAT.
