Doc,
I have sent my entry, Electro Shock as a Human Interface Device, to Parallax.
It uses a Spinneret and Smart phone to pass medical (and other) info to/from medic and soldier.
Not my first idea, but once the idea got in my head, just had to keep at it. Also has some interesting applications in Industry.
I don't have reliable internet connection, can you confirm it has been received in a readable condition.
