EEPROM（CAT24WC128J） Problem! Help needed

Hello Everyone
I have made a Propeller USB Board by myself. And I choosed the chip CAT24WC128J as EEPROM on my board. But When I connect my board to the computer, there is problem to download the program to the EEPROM. By the way, the program could download to the RAM and then run. Has anyone here encountered this problem? How to solve it?
Here is the part of my borad's schematic about connecting between CAT24WC128J and P8X32A-Q44.

Thank you for your suggestion. Did you mean that if I change the EEPROM chip CAT24WC128J there will be no problem? Maybe AT24C512B?

Hi spacemanren.

Change to AT24C256 else AT24C512 --- That give Propeller space in it that it needs (32KBytes).
In 512 You can use upper half to other things.

The minimum EEPROM size is 32768 words of 8 bits each (256K bits). This would be an AT24C256. The Propeller can also use larger EEPROMs like the AT24C512B and the AT24C1024B. For those, the 1st 32K area is used for program storage while any additional 32K areas can be used for data storage.
