Protecting the ping sensor (front)

I'm installing a ping sensor in a public area and the kids·love poking at the little "eyes".

Is there anything I can use to protect the sensor from little fingers?

Thanks,
Scott

Have you considered using the Ping Protector Stand?

Since the Ping))) Protector Stand is aluminum you could hook it to an electric fence charger and you won't have that problem for long although you may have others. :)

As much as I really like Franklin's idea (that'll show the little twerps!), you may want to consider something that's less of a tort bait — or not. Anyway, an additional fine-mesh screen placed within the Ping)))'s "range of oblivion" (0.8") may be your second-best option.
