PropFORTH 5.0 Tutorial Suite The PropFORTH Tutorial suite is the set used during development to ensure that all functions behave as expected, and that nothing was “broken” during development. Starting in PropFORTH 5.0, the tutorial suite is being made available to users. In addition to providing evidence that all defined functions perform as intended, the suite also serves as the USE-CASE and TUTORIAL for each function. Any functions that are not exercised in the suite will be noted and additions will be created based on requests and resource availability. All tutorial files are in the tutorials directory. Section 1. SD Tutorial This tutorial is run Spinneret development board with an SD card. The SD suite requires an SD card of any size, we used the smallest and cheapest laying around the lab, also the largest cheapest we could appropriate. We used the SD slot on the spinneret for our testbed, other designs left to individual users to contribute. The propforth design uses the SD card as “internal to propforth”, and the card is reformated for propforth and all previous data is overwritten. INTERNAL PROPFORTH SD CARDS are not readable by windows OS until reformated.
