BS2 input impedance

Trying to design a very low power circuit and need to use very large value pull-up resistors but cannot find the spec for the input impedance of the bs2 input pins to allow me to calculate that. I don't care about switching speed, just need the lowest possible current draw.

The PIC microcontroller is a CMOS chip so the input impedance is in the high megohm range. I have used 10Mohm resistors on a basic stamp and other cmos chips in a few cases. That may not be practical in some cases where there is electrical noise or static charges.
  • Good info. My circuit will be very well protected from noise, so I will start with 1M and increase from there, thks
