Stamp Editor not finding my Basic STAMP?

Right now my stamp if connected to my RFID reader, the RFID reader light is flashing red and green slowly.

Wonder what's the problem, battery or stamp?

    Oh and it can detect the stamp if i dont connect enable and sout of the rfid reader for some reason

    You aren't using the Sout/Sin Pin of the stamp are you?

    oh no the pins are all connected correctly, I just changed to another stamp and it has the same problem, I'm guessing it's the battery then

    meh I'm still building my power supply >.>
