Capturing Debug Output

I'm using the BS2, and I'd like to capture my debug output to a file, but in the debug terminal, the "Capture" button is greyed out. Also in "Preferences", the Debug Folder is disabled. How do I capture debug output to a file, and are there any other ways of getting information from the stamp to a file?

If you close your debug screen and open Hyperterminal you can capture your data to an Excel file.
