Problem with BS2e

Recently I have acquired a BS2e the problem is that when this but of 6
hours without powersupply the program does not raise very
instantaneously, after a minute or two or pressing several times
Reset. It returns in if.
This can happen with any program. The programs download perfectly
and work all normal one.
I have 3 years programming BS2 but of and never this has happened to
me.
In conclusion this is natural of the BS2e or would have fabric defect.
