3 digit code lock

I would like to build a 3 digit code lock using a 9 digit keypad,
(and Reynolds Electronics Serial Keypad preprogramed PIC) to enter a
security code to a BS1, (with a 32,768 Hz Xtal and 4060 for a time
base). When the correct code is entered the stamp would close a
relay which would open a door.
I also would like the code to change every two weeks, and the ability
to store about 20, 3 digit codes. The first code would be used for
the first two weeks, then a second code would be used. After the 20
codes were used, it would restart with the first code.
Any suggestions on code or another hardware option would be
appreciated?
