project with 7805ic

can anyone help me. i made diy generator with 4.5V ac.tried to make voltage doubler then regulate it using ic7805. then i connected a usb for charging.my problem is that ,the phone i dicate charging but after several minutes bothing happenss.wat should i so or add to my circuit??
