Can anyone tell me when the P2 will be finished and for sale?? I have been waiting for years now and the delays are killing me. Also what are the latest spec's?

    Looking like sometime in 2018, for engineering samples, with errata.
    Full commercial release time, will depend on the degree of errata, safest to factor in one respin as insurance to any project time lines.

    Latest specs have fallen to page 2 of prop 2 forum, maybe that should be sticky ?

    FPGA boards continue to fall in price, so another option is to use an FPGA version earlier... or use an FPGA for just a portion in your system, eg P2 smart pins.

    Expanding on this, bigger FPGA have many options, and prices trend down, but there is also activity at the more compact end.
    I like the QFN48 package parts, and I notice lattice now have 4 listed in iCE40 series, plus others from Microsemi

    Someone who needs the Smart Pin features of P2 asap, could possibly do an interim design using P1 (or some other MCU) + a compact FPGA ?
