Baudmode Tables: Expanded, Extended, and Corrected

I had occasion to refer to Table 5-99 and Table 5-109 (BS2px Baudmodes) in the big yellow book (Version 2.2) recently. I found an error (transposed digits) in the 9600 7E inverted entry.
I decided to expand the tables (I added some higher baud rates), extend the tables (I added Ideal and Actual bit periods), and correct the tables (the one incorrect entry).
Note that each measured bit time is with a sample of one appropriate module. Obviously this will vary according to the resonator.
The results are appended. Green is for the 1 MHz modules, Yellow for the 2.5 MHz modules, and Blue for the 4.0 MHz module.
