Controller for Boe Bot?

Has anyone rigged up some form of controller to work with a Boe Bot? I was thinking a playstation controller.

    Here's what I am thinking about doing- just to clarify I reckon it would help.

    I was thinking about building a bot with a single arm with a camera and hand attached. I was going to use the Lynxmotion tracked base with a Lynxmotion arm.

    I didn't use a BoEBot and I made my own remote control.
    Still, the differences are only in form.
