MLX90614 and labview

Is it possible to establish communication between the MLX90614 and NI Labview?

It is certainly possible to do in a variety of ways. Both LABVIEW and the MLX90614 communicate by means of asynchronous serial I/O. You would need some interface hardware and some programming in LABVIEW. The MLX90614 uses a single bidirectional line while most PC serial I/O uses two unidirectional lines ... not hard to interface electrically. Look through some of the "Similar Threads" below.

It has RS-232 schematics for serial communication.
