Help for Reaction Timer.

Hey, so we've started this BASIC Stamp stuff in my comp-tech class and we're on the Reaction Timer right now.
We have to do all the coding by ourselves, but in all honesty more than half my class is just confused.
I really need some help on what the code is for the reaction timer.
So I was wondering if anyone could help me out and let me know a simple code for the reaction timer, including comments.
But thing is, I don't only want to know the code but understand how it works as well, so any help asap (due in two days) will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Can you get·the DEBUG command to display a message?

Click on help, search for the word debug, read all about that one command. Then try it.
