problem with encoder and calibrate_all.exe program

hellooo, I have a problem with a calibrate_all.exe (from parallax page, http://www.parallax.com/Store/Robots/RoboticAccessories/tabid/145/CategoryID/22/List/0/Level/a/ProductID/80/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName) program for encoder calibration, when I download calibrate_all.bs2 (from parallax page) in BS2 and start calibrate_all.exe program, he freez on angle calibration, I get message doing autocolerration... and after this he dosn't plot enithing. Please help mee....
P.S when I start a program wheel_odometry.bs and after that start a program botplot.exe he plot me a somthing wrong, not like in aplyEncoder.pdf

    If you could attach a drawing of what you have and how it is connected that would help also use the attachment manager to attach your code that you are downloading into the stamp. Thanks.
