I got the propeller education chip a couple days ago and worked through the tutorial from the reference manual in the propeller tool's help....· seems real interesting.
I didn't have any TV plug or accessories so I didn't do those, but there seems to be a good bit more stuff in the case that I haven't used.
Are there other tutorials somewhere that I am missing?
thanks

you can find other educational downloads here:

To get a TV working with your prop isn't too hard once you learn some basics. You can buy RCA style plugs at Radio Shack for a couple bucks. These can be plugged into the sides or back of many TVs. On the other end, these RCA jacks can be soldered to wires that you can then plug into your protoboard of your Educational kit. You'll need to set up a few resistors, a diagram of which is attached.
I'm away from my computer that has the SPIN files but maybe somebody else can post what the name of the SPIN file is for getting the TV up and running with a nifty demo.
hope that helps,
Mark
·I will hit your link
thanks again
it's quite easy to switch the output from TV to FullDuplexSerial or to use the PropTerminal instead
here are some more easy demoprograms
and here you can download PropTerminal
with which you can EMULATE a TV on your PC via the programming-cable
take also a look into Good thread index
and into propeller.wikispaces.com
best regards
