Basic Stamp Tools for Linux Help

So following the tutorial to compile the basic stamp linux tools,
http://bstamp.sourceforge.net/install/

I get to the part where I have to install the Tokenizer library from this link,
http://www.parallax.com/html_pages/downloads/tokenizer/tokenizer.asp

But I get a 404 error not found!

Where can I find the tokenizer library file?
