    Propeller Project Board USB

    Is the Propeller Project Board USB coming back soon...I have been waiting over two months to order one...it is the best platform for using VGA:)

    Hardware design (Verilog) is above my knowledge...however, someone needs to make a BEMicro CV (nice price) P1, with more speed, more COGS, more hub memory, 16 to 32...

    My guess...the p2 will live only as a FPGA image...and parallax will produce fpga boards that include the image...but then again it is just a guess:)

    I was just looking at the 4x4 keypad object...I am planning on having leads over a foot long...so I need to add resistors, however, I am not sure how the schematic that RobotWorkshop describes works...

    Using two propellers (A and B) and a SPI interface...how fast (or how many bytes per second) can you send data between them...for example...how long would in take to send 4,000 byte from Propeller...

    Looks good...hubexec at 50% should be just fine...it will give people incentive to think creatively in using cog memory for faster code:) Plus the option of using hubexec.

    Would it be possible to set the number of cogs that can access the hub memory...therefore increasing the bandwidth to hub memory...

    etc have a setting so all 16 cogs access memory..one to set it...

    Chip if you could solve/include a hub exec routine in the 16 cog p1 plus model...that feature might be the best of both worlds

    It there an easy way to do 8 bit VGA color(256 colors)...looking at the propeller manual it appears that only 6 bits are possible with the waitvid instruction

    power on the propeller project board

    I am so confused about the power on the project board...if I use the power input and used a regulated 5V source...then the VIN header will be 5V regardless... if the board is plugged into the USB...
