I have been working lately to connect my L298N H-bridge to my arduino. I did all the connections and I wrote the code. I wanted to control the robot from my bluetooth. THe robot has two 6v DC motors with 1Amps stall current. I used four of the 6v AA batteries.
Everything was going fine but really slow. THe robot responded to the commands as exxpected, but the rotation of the motors are very very slow.
I measured the output voltage on to the motors, and they were around 3v. I was supplying 6v.
Is it possible that the H-bridge it self has this much of a voltage drop?
