    El Paisa,

Jon Williams·no longer works·at Parallax and I know he's been pretty busy the last few days.

He and John Barrowman are starting a new company called EFX-Tek that will focus on animatronics and props. They are taking over the Parallax EFX product line which they had developed together. Here is a link to their new site:

    http://www.efx-tek.com/

Click on the NEWS section for details.

I don't know if he'll come back soon to the forums, but I sure hope he does.

Any idea if he'll still be contributing to the monthly Nuts and Volts column? The last 2, about the propeller, were of course, excellent.

    Dan,

Are you kidding me? Nothing stops at Parallax!

No changes to SX/B release plans - we're in the final stages of testing the new WORD variable additions and it shall be released very soon (within a week).

    Everything continues as usual.
