Has anybody used these guys? tinyurl.com/3pj55. This links to a page within www.sparkfun.com.

They say $2.50 per square inch, including shipping and lots of stuff like 2 layer, silk screen, solder mask. No minimums. Requires Gerber files.

Thanks for the link, thats a great site. at $2.50 per sq in. The equivalent price for the expresspcb 2.5"x4" is $22.50 (compared to expresspcb's $50+), granted it just for 1 board (expresspcb gives you 3), but it is silk-screened too. The fact that you aren't confined to a specific size and you can use a non-propriety design software is also a plus (I like EaglePCB, thier component library is more extensive and (i think) more intuitive design process, plus I don't think expresspcb's software has an auto-route feature). Thier adapter boards are also a great price, typically 1/3 to 1/10 the price of·Digikey's. I'd like to see them expand thier variety of adapter boards (like a generic 100-TQFP), maybe if we as a group start giving them some business we can convince them in expanding thier line of adapter boards.

I bought some items from them and was very satisfied with both the service and the items.

I got and assembled thier SD/MMC breakout board the socket's clearance for soldering was pretty tight but they fairly warned about that on thier site. service was good.
