Info on camera modules

Several years ago I got about a dozen camera modules from an electronic company here in Johannesburg. I was told these modules were from Parrallax but I have since been told otherwise. I don’t remember getting documentation at the time, if I did I seem to have since misplaced it. I have spent many hours searching for info on the net. It does mention that they are Sony modules. The only information I have is (which was written on the box) is as per attached pics. Does anyone have some information / data sheets on these?
