View Port Debugger for Propeller1

Hi All,
I like to use the Propeller1 for my project and plan to use the View Port for debug. I didn't find it in the download list on the Parallax Homepage. I used it years before (have license). What happened? Where can I get the latest View Port update? Do the Parallax still support this? Or what debugger is recommended?
