  I'm not sure what your asking. Try googling "gcc error messages list", and you'll get lost of hits. If you have a question about a specific error message you can just do a search on a few keywords from the message.

  The problem is that when I get a compiler error I do not understand what it means. So I am looking for the compiler error list to understand what the error means
  so as to fix the problem.

  Or just punch the error message into google.
  
  I'd don't think I have ever seen a document that explains all the error messages. Generally they are pretty self explanatory, but they assume that you know the C language well enough. Also the error you get may be due to a problem somewhere other than where the error message says it is.

  Normally there is even a directory which lists out all the errors and also tells you how to rectify it. If that does not work then you can ask anyone in this forum or google as to how to fix it.
