So I loaded the latest version of Simple IDE. I still can't get the hoverfly gimbal board working with the new version. I looked at the .cfg file for the hydra board in both versions of Simple IDE and they are identical. I'm not sure what the deal is.
This is a good starting point though, I should be able to use this for a long time while trying to learn C for the propeller.
I did load the RC Simple IDE on Windows 10 with the latest USB driver and the hoverfly gimbal board does work.
