Is there a virtual breadboard software to create and test· schematics from the "Basic Analog and Digital - Student Guide 1.3" from parallax?

No, but the Elements of Digital Logic has an accompanying piece of software.

Most customers opt for the real thing since the cost of the parts is low and the printed books are free.
