Tguy,

Is it possible to post a GIANT message for new posters that tells them to use a proper subject heading?!
Some of the new posters either, aren't using them at all, or just posting 'HELP'.

I'm sure a lot of people pick through the forums for what interests them and certainly a message dubbed HELP may not, so the original poster may get frustrated after few replies.

Just a thought!

Also, I noticed the new project forum...great!· But was anything figured out so far as a file depot?·
There's plenty of attachments in this forum, and I'm sure some of them would be nicely utilized if they were found in a file section rather than stumbling with the search function.

Just another thought (I'm full of them this morning apparently!)smilewinkgrin.gif

That and (NO SUBJECT) are common...I once wrote BBS software back in the early 90's and had it check for a SUBJECT...If one wasn't entered the user was prompted to enter a DESCRIPTIVE SUBJECT.

We've tried, even going to the extent of sending private messages to new members who fail to follow suggested guidelines. It doesn't seem to help...
