5 volt trigger from Ignition

I would like to get a 5 volt pulse from the ignition of
a car. Each time a spark occurs I need to inject fuel into
the engine by triggering a counter. How do I get this done.
How many instrcution can I get in 4ms using bs2.
Is there an oem equivlanet of the BS2sx
