Any IR LED will work just fine. What you have discovered relates to
IR "splash". You need to cover your LED with black electrical shrink
tube, available at any electronics store BUT Radio Shack. If you don't
cover the LED barrel the IR radiation "sprays" out in an arc of 40
degrees usually.

    I have did it. but My LED is coverd with Red shrink
    tube. Is it all right ?
