I have a need for a device that will take the information string of a
serial printer port and convert it to a Alpha numerical pager TAP
format. The information will be in this format 06/30/00
19:34:00 Fire Door Open Left Wing (CR)
Fire Door Opened Elm Street North
I am not sure what TAP format is as of yet but can get that
information. Which Stamp model would be best for this application and
what would be the best type of program to use? This will be my first
experience with Stamps. Thanks Don Smith
