I am want to install cat5 4 pair throughout my house to
supply several signals as per the diagram below.
Does anyone see any problems I may have with
this setup?? All Input accepted!!


Brown Tip
White/BR Ring

Orange Serial Com Loop + RS485
White/OR Serial Comm - RS485

Blue +24
White/BL +12

Green +5
White/GR -Common for all VDC Supplies

Any Suggestions or Problems

    assuming by tip/ring you mean telephone, you may have problems running
    analog and digital in the same cable. especially if you go long
    distances.
    also, depending on the distance and current, your DC voltages may not be
    what they should be at the other end of the cable.

    Thanks to everyone who offered advice on the cabling scheme
    I was considering. I see the errors of my ways. I don't need
    all those signals all at the same places. I just felt it would
    be convenient. The best (Cost Effective) way will be to only
    run the signals where needed. I have multi-conductor 18ga that
    I will use for the Voltage supplies and I will run separate phone line.

    One more question?? I want to have a DS 1-wire net with Strong
    Pull-Up in the same line as the RS485. Will the S/Pull-up Voltage
    interfere with the Stamps on the RS485 net, or the two networks
    have a problem being in the same cable??
