App Note Error?

Is there an error in the schematic for BS! App Note #21, Fun with Trains?
They show pin 10 grounded on the ULN2803. As shown in the drawing, this
is the cathode(s) of the internal diode(s). Shouldn't this pin be tied
to +Supply???

    Yes, you are right. I just looked at their data sheet. I also corrected my
    manual.
