What's happening with having the board remove the coding?

I just had to go to the forum to read a series of posts on one person's problems with the BS2 unit. The first one was lousy with coding, that was supposed to do something on the board, but in the e-mail it was a gibberish. Also sometimes I see words that should spaced evenly in setences, but are pushed together, as if the letter space was deleted. Also when an attachment was made, we need to go to the forum for it.
