    You could use pulse-width with·a transistor and an rc circuit, pulses sent into the capacitor through the resistor causing voltage level to increase or decrease with duty cycle, then driving the transistor from the capacitor to regulate the emitter-collector flow.· A circuit on the load side of the transistor could detect voltage and give feedback to the stamp, whereas the stamp could compensate.
