Problem with PLX DAQ dual data acquisition on one computer

Hi everyone,
I have two projects set up using two different Arduino systems, and also using two PLX-DAQ excel files to collect live data from the two Arduino systems on one computer.
The problem is the data cannot display or be recorded at the same time on the two PLX-DAQ excel files simultaneously , but only one at a time when I click on a box in the opened file.
Attached are the pictures of the files, to see the gaps in the data. The COM ports are different. How can I solve this problem? Anyone with a solution?
