  • The bit density comes to about 3x10^16 bits/kg and 5x10^19 bits/m^3

The price per bit I make to be about 5 nano-cents.

When core memory was used, I was told that Dr Wang received 1c per core (ie per bit) in royalty payments. So in todays currency that would be about 30c per bit. That of course didn’t include actual materials or production costs. We have come a looong way
  • Anybody look into the case where a reset happens during uSD write or long read?

I seem to recall something about that being an issue...

I am not seeing any problems with the Samsung or Tame 64GB cards you sent me. I can retry the program a number of times without problems. DO is always successfully released.
Can you explain the problem further?
Note this code has debug info - the real SD respin code will fall back into the serial code because these cards have exFAT format which is invalid for this respin code.
  • I'm tied up for a couple of days, Ray. But the testing was done with a version 002x and after they had been formatted to fat32 using Taqoz.
