Conditional execution of a hub memory operation

If I conditionally execute a hub memory operation, say , set the flags so it wont run if the zero flag is set, and the instruction ends up not running, how long does it take? 4 like a noop? 8 for the minimum time it would take to run? However long it would actually take to run?

If it doesn't run, it doesn't run. So four clocks.

As Phil says, the Hub sync operation only occurs if the instruction is executed, so 4 clocks same as in town if it isn't.
