PING)) Sensor and Servo Program with whiskers

Hello, I had a project due last month. I have been working on it still to improve my programming skills. I have tried programming PING)) sensor and Whiskers together. The problem lies with the PING sensor will not rotate and the robot does not respond according to the manner I want it too.

I have created separate programs for all the initial sensors I chose to use in early development and tried combining two sensors on this Basic Stamp bread board. I have attached them all.
