Just got this in the mail today from Digikey:

Those DigiKey rulers are sweet. I picked up half a dozen of them during the Sensors Expo in San Jose last summer. Gotta get "swag" from expos right?

I have been wondering since then what kind of circuit to build on one, what with all it's pads waiting to be soldered to.

No through hole for you them. Only surface mount.

T'wouldn't be much of a circuit: all the pads are connected together.

I got one of those rulers from DigiKey too. Not sure how practical it is (hard to see how the SMD pads are actually useful although they are cool) but it sure is impressive. "My ruler is smarter than yours" is now a thing.
