There appears to be a disagreement in 32209-Unleashing-Propeller-C3v1.0.pdf between (Table 2.6 — SPI selection logic signals) and (Figure 2.4 — The Propeller C3’s processing hardware).
Table 2.6 specifies that SPI_SEL_CLK is P25 and that SPI_SEL_CLR is P8 but Figure 2.6 specifies that SPI_SEL_CLK is P8 and that SPI_SEL_CLR is P25. Testing seems to indicates that
Figure 2.6 is correct.

Comments
I think you may have gotten you Tables and Figures switched. Is Figure 2.4 or Table 2.6 correct, (Figure 2.6 is the USB circuit)?
