Do or had bin Done for QuickStart

I ran across this file from 2012, it give's the QS LED's a workout. But wondered if I may had put my name on someone else's work?
I had straitend it out a little with a MIT licence and proper indentation, and it seems to do as intended, even though i'm having a little trouble figuring it out today.
P.S. If there is a code problem, then it is my work.
EDIT: After doing some file housekeeping, I had found where the idea came from. It was an elaboration on spin code provided in Propeller Education Kit Labs, Fundamentals, v1.2, "BlinkWithCogs.spin". I just happend to add to it, and include more cogs in the blinking process.
